HOFFA, Kathleen Brown - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

VEEDERSBURG - Kathleen B. Hoffa, 81, a native of Veedersburg, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday in Wishard Memorial Hospital at Indianapolis from burns received Tuesday in a fire in her home at Indianapolis. She was a retired teacher, having taught at Garden City School at Indianapolis for 43 years. She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, Indiana State Teachers Association and Garden City PTO. Born Aug. 13, 1899, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Link Brown. She was married to Dr. Fred B. Hoffa, who preceded her in death. Services are at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Usher Funeral Home at 2313 W. Washington St., Indianapolis. Burial will be in a cemetery at Veedersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-9 p.m. today.  --waw
